Balfour Beatty has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Orlando Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

Balfour Beatty has been ranked the top interior/tenant improvements contractor in the Southeast by Engineering News-Record (ENR). The industry publication’s annual Top Contractors list ranks general contractors based on national, regional, and market sector-specific revenue.

Balfour Beatty has signed a $780 million construction agreement with Matthews Southwest to serve as design-build lead for the expansion of the Broward County Convention Center and new construction of an 800-room, four-diamond Omni Hotel.

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has awarded Balfour Beatty its terminal expansion project at Jacksonville International Airport (JIA). To meet the airport’s surge in passenger traffic, including a 16 percent increase in 2018, the project includes construction of the new Concourse B that will add six gates.

Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, today announces it has been selected, in joint venture, to deliver the $1.7 billion (c. £1.3 billion) Interstate 635 LBJ East project, on behalf of the Texas Department of Transportation.
