ATLANTA, GA – The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) names Balfour Beatty’s Atlanta office, among Atlanta’s Top Workplaces of 2020 in the Small Company category. The annual survey and awards program honors the city’s leading employers and their commitment to making their workplace an enjoyable environment for employees. Balfour Beatty’s Atlanta office was among 65 small workplaces who were recognized in the metro area, employing less than 149 workers. 

According to the AJC, approximately 3,000 companies were nominated by their employees to participate in the 10th annual Top Workplaces survey. Administered by Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting firm, the survey gathered responses from more than 41,645 metro employees on 24 factors covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. Employee engagement, company leadership, pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations were also among the ranked criteria.
