Project Executive

The primary role of the Project Executive is to be the project leader ultimately responsible for all aspects of the project’s success including a positive referral from the Clients. The Project Executive ensures project success through monitoring the processes, progress and results of the following: Client satisfaction, team effectiveness, employee development, financial goals, quality and schedule.

Senior Superintendent

Charleston, SC

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including ultimate responsibility for implementation of Safety/Zero Harm program for the job site, supervision of all field construction work by subcontractors and self-performed work.

Getting Our Hands Dirty for a Good Cause

Recently, Balfour Beatty team members joined over 250 volunteers to participate in the NAIOP Washington State Chapter annual Community Enhancement Day of Service. Partnered with YMCA of Greater Seattle, we helped to revitalize Camp Kilworth in anticipation of reopening to kids in 2024. The hard work included re-building a bridge, clearing acres of ivy, refurbishing old buildings, building an archery range, rebuilding three decks, clearing trails, and refurbishing an amphitheater.

Improvements and Upgrades

Our team was recently trusted to rehabilitate the overhead contact system (OCS) on the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority downtown light rail in Santa Clara, California. Over the course of four planned outages, the team successfully replaced more than 20 miles of contact wire and thousands of OCS components!

2023 Green Apple Day of Service

Our team was proud to host our 12th Annual Green Apple Day of Service in Sacramento, California. Over 70 volunteers partnered with Sacramento City Unified School District to create an outdoor classroom, mural and learning garden for the students and staff of Woodbine Elementary School. Balfour Beatty is honored to give back to our valued education clients and partners as we build new futures across California. We extend our thanks to the many dedicated volunteers and partners who helped make this day possible!
