RALEIGH, NC – Balfour Beatty has successfully delivered Kane Realty Corporation’s Eastern residential tower in Raleigh, North Carolina, making an indelible impact on the city’s skyline as one of its tallest buildings.

The 35-story mixed-use tower, designed by Smallwood of Atlanta, Georgia, includes 33 levels of luxury apartment living ranging from studio spaces to multi-room penthouses. The building features convenient amenities for residents with 6,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and 25,000 square feet of recreation and social spaces including a pool, courtyard, wellness center, and lounge. The tower also features a rooftop courtyard and clubroom with commanding and unrivaled views of the greater Triangle area.

In addition to the landmark tower’s retail and dining attractions, residents and visitors to The Eastern can enjoy its state-of-the-art design and stylish and modern finish in common spaces and residences. Apartments of all sizes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz countertops, floating bathroom vanities, drop-in tubs, built-in wine refrigerators, and more.
