The Seattle team welcomed two new buildings to downtown Bellevue, Washington at the beginning of 2022. Developed by Trammell Crow Company and MetLife Investment Management, Balfour Beatty recently completed construction of these two 15-story adjacent office towers on top of an eight-level, below-grade parking garage.

The shell & core designed by LMN Architects and interior build-out designed by WRNS Studio were separate projects constructed in tandem. Both were completed within two weeks of each other and were so successful, they achieved TCO ahead of schedule.
