ENR’s Regional Best Project awards are a series of special events that celebrate and honor building teams across the nation who have delivered the best projects of the year. Independent panels of local industry experts from each of ENR’s 10 regional editions select the winning projects using five criteria, including safety, innovation and teamwork. Out of 75 projects, ENR California’s competition recognized 26 Best Project and 16 Awards of Merit across California and Hawaii.
