Situated at the 600 South Tryon tower in Charlotte’s Uptown neighborhood, the new upfit project for Robinson Bradshaw spans four floors and over 101,500 square feet of law office space. In partnership with Playbook Management Company and Redline Design Group, the project features a striking, continuous staircase that unites the firm’s four floors. The monumental staircase is the architectural focal point of the office symbolizing the interconnected ethos of a forward-thinking law firm. Each step is elegantly wrapped in wood veneer paneling with discreet linear lighting beneath each tread to create an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.

In addition to Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson’s recent renovation, Balfour Beatty also recently completed repeat-client, Katten Muchin Rosenman’s law office in Uptown Charlotte. The project team delivered a one-and-a-half-floor, 32,000-square-foot upfit in partnership with CBRE and Gensler. The project features sophisticated spaces including a reception area, hospitality lounge, work café, conference areas and private offices. Each space is meticulously crafted with high-end finishes to promote a refined and professional environment tailored to the law firm’s operations.
