Specializing in the delivery of premier learning and educational facilities in the state, the new addition to the company’s California Buildings operations leverages its local talent, network, and experience to meet the growing demand for the K-12 and higher education construction market in Sacramento.

The company’s Sacramento operations are led by husband-and-wife duo Kyle Frandsen, Balfour Beatty director, and Coalition for Adequate School Housing (C.A.S.H.)
