As Vice President of Operations, Tim oversees the division’s Self-Perform Construction group, as well as providing executive oversight on one of the largest government renovation projects currently underway on the National Mall. He joined the company in 2008 after graduating from Alfred State College and has been a key contributor to success on a range of project types including a $1.2B confidential data center in Utah, the new National Science Foundation Headquarters, the Capitol Crossing development over 395, and a trophy class office building at 2100 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Tim is known for creating lasting relationships with clients and partners alike through the passion he pours into each project and team he is a part of. Recently, Tim spearheaded the creation of Balfour Beatty’s Young Professionals Group (YPG), a mentorship and leadership development initiative focused on honing the skills of the high potential individuals within the organization. Outside of work, Tim prioritizes time with his family and enjoying outdoor activities, no matter what season it is.
