Roger joined Balfour Beatty in 2012, bringing more than two decades of general contracting and a background as a former superintendent, he values strong communication, planning, quality control and holding ourselves accountable. As operations director for the Georgia office, he is responsible for providing operations leadership across all sectors while maintaining a Relentless Ally focus on exceeding customer expectations.
