As Vice President of Human Resources for Balfour Beatty’s Texas Division and Corporate Shared Services teams, Malinda is responsible for a wide range of human resource processes and programs, including strategic oversight of department initiatives around hiring, retention, and employee engagement and development. Malinda joined Balfour Beatty in 2016 and has nearly 20 years of human resources experience.
