With almost four decades of construction experience with Balfour Beatty, Matt has led many successful GSA, Department of the Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, and United States Marine Corps projects for the company including the National Museum of the Marine Corps and the National Science Foundation Headquarters, as well as private office building work. As senior vice president of operations in the Mid-Atlantic, he provides executive leadership on projects from cradle to grave. Matt joined Balfour Beatty in 1983 as an estimator in the preconstruction department before heading into the field as a contractor quality control manager and climbing the leadership ladder. Matt has established himself as a dedicated, detailed, caring, committed, and focused professional. He has earned repeat clients and numerous unsolicited reference letters.
