Work included the complete interior demolition and comprehensive renovations to approximately 610-bed, 241,000 square feet of space with primarily single and double bed living spaces. The project also included two additions to Shaw Hall that incorporated a Living/Learning Center into the Quad. The project successfully improved students’ living areas and safety conditions while preserving the buildings’ legacies.
