Located in Ballantyne Corporate Park, the SPX Headquarters project consists of a 241,033-square-foot office building, a 239,037-square-foot, 640-car below grade parking deck and 4.5 acres of site improvements. The building is a nine-story structure with two levels of below grade parking adjacent to a precast parking deck. Our team provided tenant improvement services for the entire building. Interior areas include an 8,000-square-foot basement with a food prep area, an employee entrance lobby, storage areas and administrative offices. The first floor includes the cafeteria, fitness center, conference area and auditorium. Floors 2-3 and 5-8 include perimeter offices with central open floor space for systems furniture, conference rooms, and break areas. The fourth floor was built for future expansion and the ninth floor encompasses 18,000 square feet with four executive offices, an executive board room, executive dining room with prep kitchen and two lobbies. The building acheived LEED Silver certification.
