This 20,000-square-foot tenant improvement features an open office concept on the fourth floor of the Queen Anne Station office building. The ceiling is open to structure with ACT clouds and GWB soffits. The space includes a craftsman wood feature wall and ceilings, chef’s kitchen, and wellness room (game and exercise) including showers and lockers. This was a design-build project by Howard S.
