Hotel Row is an adaptive reuse project including the rehabilitation and restoration of existing pre-war row house buildings in Downtown Atlanta. The buildings were converted into 32,200 sf of office tenant spaces and 13,800 sf of retail and restaurant tenant spaces. The project included the structural rehabilitation of existing wood timber frame construction, restoration of existing skins, new roofing and windows, and new MEP systems. This project marked our second Atlanta project with client Newport RE in transforming South Downtown Atlanta.
