Balfour Beatty served as the construction manager at risk for East Carolina University’s new, five-floor, 188,337 sf Ross Hall School of Dental Medicine. This LEED Silver certified project features the most advanced technologies and equipment in dental science and includes a main clinic, pediatric clinic, specialties clinic and faculty practice, totaling approximately 135 dental chairs, and also includes a basement area. The building’s fifth floor is comprised of a state-of-the-art mechanical penthouse.
