Balfour Beatty provided preconstruction and CM-at-Risk services for the new 8455 Fenton
Street project. The project consists of a five-story, wood-framed, mixed-use residential
building with 243-units, multiple retail spaces totaling 15,000-square-feet and a two-story
underground parking structure with 251-spaces. A 29,000-square-foot, steel frame
church is located on the same site in Silver Spring, MD. 8455 Fenton Street was designed
and built to achieve LEED Silver certification.
