The Center for Student Leadership Complex consisted of the construction of an ten-story, 350-bed residence hall with an attached three-story academic living-learning facility and a four-story expansion to the Plemmons Student Union. The project scope included underground utilities work, street reconstruction and demolition of two buildings. Both sites were situated on an active residence quad with pedestrian traffic around both of the projects
