Balfour Beatty successfully and seamlessly transferred Anita Goodesign's production equipment from their current production facility to their new space with minimal downtime for the production team. This required close coordination and communication with both the owner and Hinson Electric to ensure the power was laid out and installed to meet the business' needs, while allowing flexibility for future growth. To do so, the team utilized overhead cord reals to generate power to the production equipment and meet the client's key requirements.
The Anita Goodesign aesthetic refresh created an open environment for the business by repainting and recarpeting offices, installing the addition of glass office fronts on the mezzanine that overlook the production floor, and creating a Showroom space. The renovated space also features an updated auditorium, as well as new paint, carpet, and laminate worktops. The Balfour Beatty team was also responsible for decommissioning the client's former space.
