      Anton Greenville brings over three decades of experience to his role as senior vice president. He is charged with overseeing projects in the higher education market, building and managing high-performance teams, overseeing design on design-build projects, and developing talent for the next generation of industry professionals.

      A 30-year construction industry veteran, Brian joined the company in 1993 and today leads operations in California and Arizona. Brian was recently acknowledged by the San Diego Daily Transcript as a “Top Influential” in acknowledgement of his leadership, dedication to safety and continuous commitment to the communities where we build.

      Connect with Cecilia

      As vice president of estimating and preconstruction, Cecilia utilizes her two decades of construction industry experience to lead estimating, preconstruction, design management, constructability, marketing and communications/public relations for the California team. She has been key to the successful award and delivery of signature projects throughout California.

      Glynna Hoekstra began a fast-paced career with Balfour Beatty in 1996. Since her first job as a project manager, her responsibilities have steadily increased. Now as senior vice president of operations in California, Glynna utilizes her solid background in finance to complement her expertise the K-12 and Higher Education markets — two of her key market focus areas.

      As HR director for Balfour Beatty in California, Katie is responsible for a wide range of human resource processes and programs including strategic oversight of department initiatives around hiring, retention, employee engagement and development, as well as ensuring effective communication of policies and procedures.

His favorite part of his job is the diversity of topics he tackles daily, as well as the number of people and project teams he interacts with.

      Sean Hulen brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his role as vice president. Sean has provided leadership and oversight to many unique and signature projects including LEGOLAND in California and in Germany, Etnnies Lake Forest Skate Park, the Student Union at California State University, Los Angeles, and Canyon Crest High School in Carlsbad, Calif.
