      Kyle Frandsen serves as operations director in Sacramento. A Relentless Ally since 2013, Kyle is a bold leader in his commitment to sustainability. In addition to a master’s degree in sustainable construction management from the University of Florida, Kyle holds LEED AP BD+C certification, is certified in Lean Construction by the AGC and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

      Erica brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry to her role as marketing manager in Sacramento. Erica develops and executes competitive proposals that deliver vital infrastructure throughout communities in California. She also has a passion for professionally developing her teammates. Erica graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo with a B.A. in Mass Communications and is a LEED Green Associate.

      John Bernardy brings three decades of experience to his position in which he is responsible for Orange County, Los Angeles, and Ventura operations and business development. John’s expertise in the K-12 and higher education markets has been instrumental in the successful completion of hundreds of school projects throughout the region.

      Gil Fullen began his career with Balfour Beatty. He has successfully managed multiple projects and several multi-million dollar school district bond programs. Gil focuses his attention on the K-12 and higher education markets in Los Angeles/Orange County, California. He is committed to developing client relationships and often speaks at industry events.

      John Baradin is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) bringing more than 20 years’ experience to his role. He is a U.S. Veteran and has worked in various industries including petrochemical, medical, aviation and construction on projects with a cumulative value of over $1 billion.  His oversight includes projects located throughout California and Arizona.

      Mary brings more than 32 years of experience to her role as senior staff accountant in Sacramento. She has experience working on the delivery of successful, high-profile projects, and excels at developing strong relationships and working collaboratively with teammates and clients. Mary holds a B.A. in Psychological Service from University of San Francisco.
