In addition to leading the estimating and preconstruction efforts for our Charlotte team, Annie is heavily involved with the pursuit process, providing guidance to the team on delivering the best solutions.

      Bill Lorenzo leads our project solutions team, which includes preconstruction, design integration, marketing, and virtual design and construction.  With two decades of experience, Bill has worked across all markets and project delivery types to be recognized as an expert in developing preconstruction approaches for complex projects.

      Dan is a professional project executive with over 23 years of experience in all aspects of construction management focused on customer service and developing repeat business. Dan’s experience consists of project management for CM-at-Risk, Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods with in-depth involvement during design, strategic planning, establishing project scope and costs, selecting subcontractors, planning and scheduling, evaluating and resolving unforeseen scope and resolving complex project issues.

      As vice president of operations, David is responsible for providing operations leadership across all business units while maintaining a Relentless Ally focus on exceeding customer expectations. With nearly three decades of experience, David is a well-established leader with expertise in public and private sectors.

      As Vice President of Operations Greg brings twenty years of experience to his role. Greg has served a variety of clients on projects ranging from tenant upfits to construction of mission-critical facilities. Greg’s expertise allows him to work within all facets of the construction process, including procurement, preconstruction, construction and close-out.

      Hunt has spent nearly twelve years with Balfour Beatty and in this time, has worked on some of the most notable projects in Charlotte spanning the corporate office market. Hunt holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

      As Carolinas vice president and commercial business unit leader, Jeff provides a thorough understanding of all phases of the construction process from estimating, preconstruction, procurement, contracting and scheduling. He has a deep resume of large projects throughout the Southeast and significant experience solving clients’ LEED and small/disadvantaged business goals.

      As senior vice president and chief legal officer for the company's Carolinas operations, John provides executive leadership, and oversees risk mitigation and compliance for our teams. An ardent leader with more than two decades of experience, John is the National Chair of the Legal Committee for the Construction Management Association of America.

      Business Development Director, Martin Welton, is a Charlotte native with a natural connection to the heart and soul of the Queen City. Martin holds over two decades of real estate experience and is a seasoned business developer with success in connecting prospective and current clients with solutions and results. Martin is responsible for constructing effective relationships with existing and potential owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Martin attended Charlotte Country Day School and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
