    Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company, Hires Bryan Kelley as Vice President of Legal for its Northwest Division

    SEATTLE – Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, has hired Bryan Kelley as its new vice president of legal for its Northwest Division. Based out of the company’s Seattle office, he is responsible for providing legal counsel, supporting business operations, and managing transactions, litigation, compliance and general risk for the Washington State and Oregon markets.

    Prior to joining Howard S. Wright, Kelley spent the last 14 years at the construction law and litigation firm Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP representing contractors and subcontractors. He has assisted clients on many different types of private and public projects, negotiated and competitively bid.

    Named a "Rising Star" by the Washington Law & Politics Magazine for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016, Kelley also received the AGC of Washington Associate of the Year Award in 2014 and the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association Writing Award for Article of the Year in 2008. An active member of AGC of America, he serves on the organization’s Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and is a member of its Contract Documents Forum. Kelley also served as Steering Committee Chair for the AGC of Washington’s Future Leadership Forum in 2015.  
     
    Kelley earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, in addition to obtaining certificates in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
