    Balfour Beatty Hires Justin Garrett as Vice President in Central Texas

    AUSTIN –  Balfour Beatty is pleased to announce the hiring of Justin Garrett as the company’s vice president and market leader in Austin. In his new role, Justin will provide direction and strategic oversight for Balfour Beatty’s Central Texas Buildings operations and work alongside regional and national leadership teams to help leverage collaboration, innovation and best practices.

    With over 22 years of industry experience in Austin, Justin has worked throughout his career to successfully deliver projects in the commercial office, education, healthcare and multifamily sectors. In his new role, Justin will utilize his operational expertise to help clients achieve their business goals by leveraging operational excellence, technology and lean construction practices. He will also focus on operations that promote the company’s stability and growth in Central Texas and further ensure Balfour Beatty’s people-first commitment to its clients and partners through servant leadership.

    Originally from Fort Worth, Justin has lived in the Austin area since 1996 and is active in the local community, which includes serving as a Campus Advisory Council board member and ambassador for Dripping Springs Independent School District (ISD). Justin is also a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Associated General Contractors, Urban Land Institute of Architects and the Greater Austin and Dripping Springs Chambers of Commerce. He lives in Dripping Springs with his wife Katy, and three children Brooklyn, Jake and Graham.
