ORLANDO, Fla. –
Balfour Beatty has promoted Neal Ernest to operations director and Amy Kennedy to project executive supporting the company’s U.S. buildings operations in Florida. The Florida market leadership updates support the company’s continued focus on operational excellence, client advocacy and investment in talent.
Ernest joined Balfour Beatty 20 years ago as an assistant superintendent in Florida. Throughout his career, he has worked for three Balfour Beatty divisions, with most of his time spent in Florida. A Balfour Beatty veteran since 2000, Amy Kennedy has been promoted to project executive. Kennedy started her career with Balfour Beatty as a project engineer out of Clemson University. Throughout her diverse career, she has led a variety of large scale projects in the hospitality, senior living, multi-family and criminal justice markets. Kennedy recently completed the award-winning Celebration Senior Living project in Celebration, Fla.
