Jane & John Justin Patient Surgical Tower Tops Out

    March 24, 2021

Congratulations to the project team on commemorating a major project milestone on the new $300-million Jane & John Justin Patient Surgical Tower, the largest project in the Texas Health Resources history, with a traditional tree topping out ceremony.

The nine-story patient bed tower, planned for completion in early 2022, will add 144 patient beds, 15 surgical suites and a new pre-operative and post-operative services area to the Texas Health Fort Worth campus. Design elements will include the use of natural light, indoor and outdoor spaces for visitors, artwork and a home-like soothing environment. There will also be family-centered rooms so loved ones can stay close to the patients.

"When healthcare has been more important than ever, it's an honor to work with our long-time partner, Texas Health Resources and HKS Architects to deliver this impressive new facility for the Tarrant County community," stated Eric Krueger, Executive Vice President.

Balfour Beatty has a long relationship with Texas Health Resources and the Harris Methodist campus, where we have continuously operated since 1998.
