131 PONCE APARTMENTS
Atlanta, GA
The project site was world-renowned Chinese architect I. M. Pei’s first building. Balfour Beatty repurposed the Pei building’s iconic façade on 131 Ponce.
SABURO MURAOKA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Chula Vista, CA
The first public school in San Diego County to be named after a Japanese American, Saburo Muraoka was a successful businessman who lived in Chula Vista for three decades.
US CENTER FOR CHINESE MEDICINE BY BUCM
Rockville, MD
A cultural exchange project whose mission is to educate the community about traditional Chinese medicine.
