Troy Gjerde joined Balfour Beatty in 2020 to serve as vice president of Balfour Beatty's US Civils operations. He currently provides executive support and oversight of the Caltrain Peninsula Corridor Electrification project in San Mateo, CA and the EchoWater Tertiary Treatment Facility in Elk Grove, CA. Troy brings 20 years of expertise in heavy civils construction for highway, rail and wastewater projects. His experience and extensive knowledge in multiple delivery methods, organizational reshaping and contract negotiating make him a key addition to the Balfour Beatty team.
