Leon has been with Balfour Beatty Construction since 2001, holding the positions of Chief Estimator, Vice President, SVP and currently, EVP. Leon is responsible for the tracking, strategy and processes necessary to acquire Federal projects on a nationwide basis. During his 23 year career he has pursued projects in more then 30 states. Leon is a past president of the National Capitol Chapter of Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and holds an A.S. in construction engineering from Alfred State College.
