Since Glenn joined the company in 1999, he has been a valuable business partner with input ranging from contracts to strategy, taking responsibility for the merger that created our one company structure in January 2005 and the transition from Centex to Balfour Beatty. In April 2005, he was formally named as Chief Legal Officer for the company. Glenn holds a B.S. from the University of Arkansas and a J.D. from Washburn University. He has been a section member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction and Construction Industry Presidents Forum, and currently holds a membership with the American Bar Association and Leadership Pittsburgh.
