Doug joined the company in 1981 as a project manager, and today he serves as the division president and chief executive officer for the Dallas/Fort Worth division of Balfour Beatty Construction. In this role, he is responsible for executive oversight and management of the Dallas/Fort Worth and Nashville based operations with annual revenues of $600 million. In addition to his role at a division level, Doug is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, serving to guide and direct the strategies, future growth, and direction of the entire company. Doug holds a B.A. in construction management from the University of Florida. He currently serves on the boards of TEXO, the Dallas Chapter of AGC, and Dallas Heritage Village.
