Al joined the company in 1983, and in his tenure with the company has held positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Division President in Florida. Al is currently transitioning to the CEO position for the Southeast Region of Balfour Beatty Construction. In this position he will be CEO over Florida and Southeast (Military Housing, Charlotte, Atlanta and Raleigh). In addition to his role at a division level, Al is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, serving to guide and direct the strategies, future growth, and direction of the entire company. Al holds a B.S. in construction engineering technology from Spring Garden College in Pennsylvania. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee of Enterprise Florida, the Executive Committee and Chairman of Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Trustees of Give Kids the World and Chairman of the Board of Directors of 4 Kids of South Florida and the George Snow Scholarship Fund.
