We begin by screening every job applicant for evidence that they possess ethics and integrity in abundance. And it doesn’t stop there. Fully 100% of full–time, salaried employees at Balfour Beatty Construction annually complete Compass, our ethics training program.
We supplement that training with Balfour Beatty plc’s Business Conduct Guidelines and our own Supplement to the Business Conduct Guidelines.
