The Ventura offices of Balfour Beatty serve the greater Ventura and Oxnard communities and is an integral part of our company’s Southwest Division.

Our company has been constructing projects in this local community for more than a decade and have applied our local knowledge and leadership to build some of the region’s more notable projects including the William J. “Pete” Knight Veterans Home of California in Lancaster, the Ruben Castro Human Services Center in Moorpark, the Oxnard College Student Services Center, and the Family Care Residency Center and Specialty Center in Oxnard.

Family Care Residency Center

The 77,696 sf, Family Care Residency Center and Specialty Care Center garnered an award from the American Public Works Agency for “Project of the Year”.

Oxnard College Student Services Center

The 38,000 sf Oxnard College Student Services Center includes energy efficient materials and systems that will prolong the life of the building.
