Executive Leadership Team


We take pride in our company’s position of leadership in our industry. We may not be the largest, but we are certainly one of the most aggressive in pursuing excellence and in challenging ourselves and our industry to improve on many fronts.

Our executive leadership team is composed of the CEOs of each of our regional divisions and the senior officers of the corporate organization.  Each of our fully operational regional divisions has a strong history of deep roots in their local community and an intimate knowledge of the people, businesses and governments they serve.  Our executive and operational leaders are fully engaged in every facet of the relationship building, improvement initiatives, and opportunity generation efforts associated with our business and our people.

In addition to setting strategy and operational oversight, our executive leaders count among their most important responsibilities to instill among our people the highest standards of service excellence; to attract, nurture, and retain the best talent in the industry; and to empower individuals and teams to make choices that align with our strategy and best benefit our customers, our partners, our company, and themselves.

An essential tenet of the Balfour Beatty Construction culture is that we treat our clients, our business partners and vendors, and one another with respect.  Whether at the senior manager or entry level, we acknowledge that only by creating an environment of mutual trust can we foster the kind of teamwork that is necessary for us to succeed in a very competitive environment.  Our executive leadership team regularly discusses ways to embed our core values in our people and the organization. When we make business decisions, we ask, “Is this aligned with our brand promise? Is this principled?” We hold our leaders to a higher standard so that they may lead by example.
